I'm curious what everyone is using for caging these days... I know many were using Exo Terras, and others have had success with plastic bins.

I have personally had the most luck with 29 Gallon "tall" tanks for breeding pairs, and 10 gallon tanks for yearlings or single geckos.

So... what works for you guys?

Zoomed tanks- same sizes as exa terras (I use the 18x18x24s) but the single door is so much nicer looking. I modify the tops to retain humidity.

We currently use plastic tubs for our two. Haven't decided yet on PVC, glass, or plastic for their final enclosure together. Both on partial bios; just no live plants currently.

I use 6qt tubs for babies and upgrade them to approximately 10 gallon sized tubs when they get around 15-20 grams. When females reach about 50-60 grams I upgrade them to their breeding enclosures, which are approximately 16x16x24 PVC cages. The males will stay in the 10 gallon tubs until ready to breed, then get put with the females.

Depends on the animals age, and if they are paired. All of my pairs are kept in exoterras right now. Likely in the future I will switch over to customs made by DW as they are much lighter. All unpaired animals are kept in tubs. The 3 unpaired adults still have access to UVB in their tubs. Hatchlings and juvies are in appropriate sized tubs from 6qt, small all access, and 28qt tall tubs.

Here are a few shots of my tanks, and my broader reptile room:

What do you use for the front of the enclosure?

Do you mean inside, or the material that the cage is made out of? They're all glass, so technically the front is a glass sheet, but I want to make sure I'm understanding your question correctly :)
