goiters?

Can chahouas get goiters? My female has an enlarged throat that has not come down in size for over a week now. The vet said nothing could be found infection wise- that she was probably doing this to prepare for her shed- she hasn't shed as of yet. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.

Calcium sacs?

The calcium sacs are on top of the throat/roof of the mouth though. This looks like it’s on the actual neck

Yeah, I do not think these are calcium sacs... that looks to be more problematic. Does this "growth" expand and then contract? Is it that size all of the time?
