I know Michael linked a thread above. This girl is my best example in my collection of what I consider "pastel".

Does she ever get dark when fired or always remain basically the same?

Yep! That's the one.

This is pretty much it. In her tank, she usually looks white. I have mistaken her head for eggs many times.
Fired up she has hints of lime (like you can see) and very very very light pink.
